We're leaving Maine today and heading up to George's old stomping grounds in
New Hampshire. And just when the temperatures here are heading up to record highs for this time of year! The forecast for today is scattered showers and/or storms. It was about a 4 hour drive from Ellsworth, ME to Twin Mountain, NH and, luckily, we did not run into any bad weather. The leaves are just beginning to change but we are probably 2 or 3 weeks from the "peak season".
Got into camp and all set up before dark. We are fairly isolated here so we're staying in and cooking dinner tonight.
