Day 15: Northern New York...

It became terribly windy last night before we turned in for the night and there were white caps on Lake Ontario.  We woke up to rain but, thankfully, the wind had died down some.  Still, it's no fun (for George) having to unhook all the utilities and hook up the tow car in the rain.  We drove across northern New York, through Rochester and Lewiston.  We're staying at the KOA North Niagara in Youngstown, NY.  You just don't get much farther north that this without crossing into Canada.

If it's Monday, it must be the dreaded laundry day and our campsite is right next to the laundry room...how convenient!  So, I'm actually very thankful because the campground we were in last night didn't have a laundry facility at all.  This laundry room is worthy of a 7.  It's small but clean, it has a laundry tub and hanging rack plus a TV!  Make that an 8.

Niagara Falls
Once I finished the laundry, I fixed dinner then we drove over to Niagara Falls as the lights come on at 8:30.  OMG, if you haven't been to Niagara Falls, you must see it.  It is truly an amazing wonder.  You can't help but just stare and be mesmerized by its natural beauty.  Can't wait to see more  tomorrow!
